Tasks
-Shape the future of energy infrastructure with sustainability at the core. -Business Growth: Drive commercial strategies to win new business and grow ERM’s Capital Project Development practice. -Project Leadership: Oversee delivery teams, ensure quality and compliance, and manage stakeholder-facing engagements. -Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance consulting team. -Build and mentor high-performing teams that deliver excellence. -Expand ERM’s footprint in the Power, Renewables and Diversified Energy sectors. -Operational Excellence: Meet financial targets, manage risk, and uphold ERM’s standards for safety and sustainability. -Client Development: Cultivate and expand relationships with major energy clients, delivering strategic insights and exceptional service. -Deliver high-value consulting services that help clients navigate regulatory complexity.

What You Bring
-10+ years of experience in environmental consulting or industry roles related to permitting and impact assessment. -Demonstrated commitment to DEIB and health & safety excellence. -Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Management, or a related field. Or equivalent experience. -Bilingual capabilities (e.g., Spanish, French) are a plus. -Proven success in leading complex permitting programs across sectors (e.g., power, oil & gas, mining). -Advanced degree (e.g., MSc, MBA, PhD) in a relevant discipline. -Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. -Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering client-facing projects. -Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance strategies. -Familiarity with Indigenous and community engagement practices. -Experience with renewable energy permitting and transmission infrastructure.
