Overview
Live-in property manager handling rent, maintenance, and tenant services.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Inspections of vacant and upcoming suites -Assist with snow removal, cleaning, and touch-up painting as required -Prepare and deliver bank deposits -Collect rent and follow up on defaults -Ensure contractors arrive as per scheduled timelines and complete their work per conditions of the contract

What You Bring
-Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting -Successful applicants must have a flexible schedule and be available to work evenings and weekends -2 years customer service experience required -Group RRSP matching -Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness -Valid Class 5 Driver's License and own vehicle required -Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service -Applicant must love people, be versatile, hands-on with cleaning and maintenance tasks and take ownership of the site -Computer experience is required with web based programs preferred -Ability to take responsibility for all actions and decisions and to follow through until a resolution is obtained -Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities -Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing systems and new technology -Ability to maneuver or lift up to 10kg with the proper equipment -Familiarity with technology is an asset
