Self-confident and able to persuade, convince or impress others to gain their commitment and co-operation to a course of action.
Demonstrates senior management commitment to safety by participating in site safety inspections.
Experience working on large scale renewable energy transmission lines, 500kV Energy hubs and 330kV substations or infrastructure style projects
Preferably Tier 1 contractor experience
Good at multi-tasking and demonstrates sound judgments, including balancing competing issues.
Experience constructing outdoor air insulated substations
Specialised knowledge of project scheduling and program logic networking. Demonstrable understanding of design engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning methodologies
Proficient in Primavera software applications and P6/database programming
5+ years as a Planner, Project Controls Engineer and or Schedular
