Support S2P implementation, SAP/Ariba integration and data analysis for PG&E Propel program.

Tasks

-Design and develop IT solutions that integrate SAP modules with existing enterprise systems, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow. -Translate business requirements to technical and functional requirements. -Perform analysis on the fit/gap coming out of the design workshops and provide inputs based on the understanding of PG&E footprint and environments. -Collaborate with business teams to understand business requirements/gaps and develop technical solutions to address. -Supports all project phases as representative of the procurement process in design workshops, socialization, and confirmation, business requirements for L3/L4processes. -Identify and mitigate data risks, proposing solutions to prevent or address potential issues that could impact project success.

-Ability to work on cross functional teams -Expert Analytical Skills -2+ years of leadership experience -SAP/BW knowledge -Lean Six Sigma certification -Expert knowledge of SAP MM/EWM/Ariba functionality -Advanced knowledge of SAP MM module -Ability to create complex SAP and SQL Server reports -Expert knowledge of Supply Chain processes (creating orders, inventory movements, goods receipts, invoicing, and payment) -Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) -8+ years of experience in business of Supply Chain systems development, maintenance, support report creation or analysis -Proven track record of successfully working within cross-functional projects and teams. -Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience -7 years of experience in business or Supply Chain systems development, maintenance, support report creation or analysis -SAP certification -Strong communication Skills -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -MBA or equivalent advanced degree -Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
