-Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication -Proficiency in phlebotomy and patient care -Medical Assistant Diploma or Certification -Prior experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or medical spa environments -Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with high-end clientele -1–2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting -Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a dynamic environment -Strong customer service and interpersonal skills -Experience with multi-platform scheduling systems
