Tasks

-Developing key longstanding relationships with brokers, architects, contractors, and engineers. -Working directly with Investment Officers in preparing investment memos for senior management and Investment Committee. -Compiling and maintaining sale comp database for markets within various regions. -Maintaining and monitoring regional deployment pipelines in Salesforce to ensure accuracy. -Collaborating with teams across multiple departments to gain broad exposure to different aspects of the business. -Building discounted cash flow models used to analyze returns for potential acquisitions. -Preparing and maintaining base case proforma models for existing land bank. -Participating in select global projects and strategy initiatives to understand how international priorities and market dynamics shape local investment decisions. -Creating proforma models for potential built-to-suit or speculative development projects.

What You Bring

-Superior analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability. -Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Real Estate, Business, Finance or adjacent study area. -Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. -Ability to grasp primary real estate market economics - market demand and supply, vacancy, absorption, micro and macro issues relating to properties. -Superior interpersonal and leadership skills, including high self-awareness, humility, and a growth mindset. -Demonstrated emotional intelligence and skill in building strong relationships with colleagues and customers. -We are seeking candidates with 0–2 years of full-time work experience. However, at a minimum, candidates must have demonstrable skills gained through relevant undergraduate internships and/or volunteer opportunities (Business, Real Estate, or Finance). -Demonstrated skill in navigating ambiguity and managing complexity. -Familiarity with emerging technologies, including the use of AI tools for data analysis, workflow efficiency, and decision support, is strongly preferred.
