Tasks
-Conduct structural integrity assessments, resolving complex site engineering challenges. -Provide expert technical guidance during procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning. -Interface directly with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to align engineering solutions with project goals. -Lead design and analysis of steel, concrete, and foundation structures for large industrial facilities. -Oversee and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and technical deliverables. -Collaborate with civil, piping, and mechanical teams to ensure seamless project integration. -Ensure strict compliance with international codes and standards (AISC, ACI, Eurocodes, IS codes). -Mentor and develop junior engineers, establishing best practices in structural engineering.

What You Bring
-Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally. -Proven expertise in reinforced concrete, structural steel, and heavy industrial foundations. -Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. -Requires frequent bending, stooping and lifting. -Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. -Must be accessible at any time for emergencies. -Proficiency in STAAD Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, Tekla Structures, or equivalent software. -Must be able to work weekends and long hours in a high-pressure working environment. -15+ years’ experience in structural design and engineering, with at least 8 years in EPC projects for metals/mining/heavy industry. -Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (master’s preferred).
