  • Ability to translate AI analytics and adoption metrics into actionable change management strategies.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus; certifications in AI for Business Transformation, Digital Adoption, or Data-Driven Change Leadership are considered a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with Responsible AI principles, data privacy, and ethical use of AI in workforce transformation.
  • 8 to 10 years direct and relevant experience with at least 5 years of experience in change management or a related field, preferably in a digital transformation or AI-enabled environment within the large-scale organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or advanced study in Digital Transformation, Change Leadership, or AI for Business is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of AI tools used in digital transformation (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, SAP Joule, or similar AI assistants).
  • Experience in designing AI enablement or awareness programs to enhance employee readiness for AI-integrated systems
