Overview
Conduct residential stock condition surveys, manage data, and provide asset advice.

Tasks
-Undertaking physical reinspection’s, accompanied visits and other data on site QA checks -Liaising with the data analysts within the team -Field-based data collection, undertaking stock surveys and providing EPCs -Providing input into asset management advice and support -Completing Decent Homes and HHSRS assessments and validations -Dealing with confidential data -Assisting with the management of surveys and co-ordination with fieldwork managers

What You Bring
-Experience in related databases (not necessarily within the housing sector) -You should have an analytical mind with excellent written and oral skills to produce considered and robust outputs for the team and clients -Attention to detail and a professional demeanour is important. You will ideally be methodical and have a high level of intellect - combining excellent management and oral skills to ensure projects are delivered to a high quality within agreed timelines -Up to date knowledge of current asset management, compliance and statutory best practice and regulatory requirements will be essential in advising clients -It is anticipated the role will require initial and on-going training in areas where knowledge may be limited, and you will be fully supported by Ridge in gaining this expertise -Additional compliance related experience and qualifications e.g. DEA, FPA, NEBOSH, P402/405 would be desirable but not essential (energy assessor training will be provided if not currently held) -Appropriate qualifications such as RICS or CIOB would be highly desirable including knowledge of construction technology relating to residential accommodation.
