IT Support Engineer providing 2nd/3rd line server, network, cloud & user support.

Tasks

-Manage backups, security protocols, and business continuity planning -Handle desk moves, software installations, and troubleshooting -Support firewalls, switches, routers, and cabling infrastructure -Recommend improvements to existing cloud-based processes -Oversee internet connectivity, telephony (landline & mobile), and IT hardware -Configure and maintain IIS and FTP services -Assist with order queries and ensure smooth user experience -Support and maintain printers and scanners -Provide responsive support to internal users and external members -Troubleshoot phone systems and support in-house maintained applications

What You Bring

-Strong understanding of backups and network infrastructure -Exposure to Office 365 and Azure environments -Experience supporting bespoke or process-driven software -Confident troubleshooting across hardware, software, and connectivity issues -Familiarity with web servers and FTP configuration -Experience administering Windows-based servers -Understanding of security policies and accessibility standards
