Tasks

-Act as the business expert on product platforms and competitor offerings, delivering insights to guide sales and marketing decisions. -Liaise with suppliers and technical teams to assess, design, and approve locally fitted attachments and machine options. -Support strategic machine demonstrations, using measurement tools and productivity data to deliver compelling sales arguments. -Provide expert product advice on machine applications, performance, specifications, and pricing to support sales and customer requirements. -Deliver effective training and presentations to sales teams and stakeholders, covering product features, benefits, applications, and competitive positioning. -Define and manage product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals. -Recommend site-specific equipment solutions, ensuring machine specifications meet operational and customer requirements. -Ensure order accuracy by reviewing Sales Orders and coordinating with Product Compliance for new attachments or options.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of Volvo CE’s full product offering and supporting tools/systems. -Familiarity with aftermarket processes, systems, and technical tools. -Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. -Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels. -Well-organised and systematic in approach to tasks. -Effective collaborator with strong networking and relationship-building abilities. -Strong analytical and negotiation skills. -Good understanding of customer and dealer operations.
