Senior Financial Systems Analyst

Tasks

-Act as liaison with vendors (e.g., EleVia) for case management, upgrades, and performance reviews. -Document and maintain knowledge of all system customizations -Support the configuration, maintenance, and reporting of financial systems -Administer security, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with internal controls. -Partner with the Director of Financial Systems to prioritize enhancements, manage upgrades, and support process improvement initiatives. -Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, and dashboards using Power BI and SQL Server Management Studio. -Serve as a subject matter expert for Deltek Vantagepoint and related applications, including Electronic Invoicing (EI), A/P Approvals (PAT), and A/R Statements (ARM). -Provide user training, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and support adoption of new tools and features. -Collaborate with internal customers to optimize workflows and reporting solutions. -Support integrations between financial systems (including Workday, OneStream, and others) to maintain data accuracy and consistency.

What You Bring

-Experience with system integrations (Workday, OneStream, or similar) preferred. -Solid understanding of accounting and project financial processes. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Knowledge of data governance, audit compliance, and automation tools. -Ability to utilize key systems and tools, including Deltek Vantagepoint, EleVia, SQL Server Management Studio, Power BI, OneStream, Workday Integration, QuickBooks, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint. -Strong problem-solving, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills. -Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems. -Strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI, and data reporting tools. -Minimum 5 years of experience in financial systems administration or ERP management (Deltek Vantagepoint preferred). -Demonstrated integrity, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.
