Tasks

You’ll be at the heart of our branch’s success—responding to enquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and helping customers get the products they need, when they need them. It’s a role that combines relationship-building, product knowledge, and commercial awareness. -Handling customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person -Preparing accurate and competitive quotes -Working closely with colleagues to deliver great service every time -Promoting Lords’ full range of products and services -Building strong relationships with existing trade and retail customers while developing new business locally

What You Bring

-Strong communication and negotiation skills -Reliable transport due to branch location -At least 2 years’ sales experience within builders’ merchants or the wider construction materials trade -Right to work in the UK -Confidence using order systems, email and basic IT tools
