The Role
Overview
Oversee subcontractors, ensure quality installations, and report daily on security projects.

Tasks
-Enforce job site safety compliance and company installation practices. -Act as the liaison between subcontractors, general contractors, and internal teams. -Support system commissioning and testing when required. -Conduct quality control (QC) inspections on all installations, checking accuracy, craftsmanship, labeling, and alignment (ensuring devices are level and properly installed). -Identify deficiencies and direct corrective actions on-site. -Document and report daily findings to the Project Manager, Field Operations Manager, and Operations Manager. -Supervise subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and to company standards.

What You Bring
-Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites. -3+ years of supervisory or lead installer experience in the security industry (access control, CCTV, alarms, low-voltage systems, etc.). -Excellent communication and organizational skills. -Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, scopes of work, and manufacturer guidelines. -Proven eye for detail—ensuring installations are clean, accurate, and professional. -Strong knowledge of hardware, wiring, and device installation methods. -OSHA or safety certifications preferred.
