Manage and support audit and certification projects for data centre compliance

Tasks
-Travel overseas for work / assignment as and when necessary or requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department -Site support during client enquiries/questionaire or reviews relating to new and existing Data Centre certifications. (I.e. ISO audits, BCM, DPTM, SOC-II, OSPAR, UL2799 zero waste to landfill, BCA Green Mark, PCI-DSS, TIA 942 etc) -Provide administrative support in raising PR/PO. To ensure budget is well managed and all PR are raised timely. -Implement digitisation & process workflow improvements -Collaborate with Risk and Compliance on approved joint certification activities e.g. BIA, ABMS etc. -To submit certification budget and forecast during the annual budgeting exercises for DC Reits and ADCF. -Develop Global Operations Process blueprint and Standard Operating Procedures for DC sites -Monitor and ensure findings are closed from internal or external audit and ensure continuous improvement. -Establish, review and update SOPs and documentation to ensure compliance -Partner and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that business processes meet certification requirements -Present certification updates during operation meetings or when required.
