Tasks

This position offers the opportunity to represent cutting-edge automation products used by some of the world’s leading manufacturers. You’ll work closely with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and end users to grow market share and strengthen key relationships. -Represent the company at trade shows, sales meetings, and customer events -Manage and support distributors and factory representatives -Collaborate with internal teams on customer requirements and product solutions -Drive new customer acquisition and grow sales with existing accounts -Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory -Lead efforts to win new projects, specifications, and OEM business

What You Bring

-Technical degree with 4–5 years’ experience in sales or marketing -Self-motivated and capable of managing a large multi-state territory -Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills -Background in manufacturing, machinery, or automation preferred -Willingness to travel regularly within the region (approx. 30–40%)
