Manages space planning, demand-supply analysis, and employee experience for client portfolios.

Tasks

-Identify tactical projects for implementation -Work with the client on utilization data and sizing model information -Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver effective services -Assume ownership of requests to ensure successful completion -Coordinate with project manager to ensure work is delivered within timeframe and agreed-upon scope -Develop and expand relationships with key client/site stakeholders -Maintain and analyze BU demand/supply information -Create current and forecasted Stack Plans -Monitor BU demand and supply against approved plan -Handle concurrent projects with minimal supervision and direction -Develop and implement strategies to improve Employee Experience for planning -Support change management as it pertains to changing workspace and work style -Develop space plans

What You Bring

-Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to develop conclusions and recommendations -Demonstrate proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings, concepts, and design -Pay strong attention to detail and quality -Have excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills -Maintain a working knowledge of CAFM software, space management systems, and relational database functionality -Have experience in managing projects of varied scope and complexity -Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software applications -Work independently and as part of a team -Demonstrate strong oral, written and presentation skills -Understand and incorporate workplace strategy in long-term plans
