Tasks

-Implement automation and digital tools to streamline design processes and reduce cycle times. -Lead the design and implementation of advanced electrical systems and infrastructure for hyperscale and enterprise data centres. -Coordinate and review multi-disciplinary design documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project milestones. -Oversee external consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the design and construction lifecycle. -Review and validate design drawings and Revit models for constructability and technical integrity. -Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to incorporate emerging technologies and energy solutions into project development. -Drive the integration of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) into electrical designs to support energy resilience, grid stability, and sustainability goals. -Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including budgets, schedules, risk registers, and commissioning plans. -Identify and resolve technical and programme-level issues, driving solutions to closure. -Develop system-level concepts, schematic designs, and detailed electrical documentation aligned with project requirements and industry standards. -Manage cross-functional stakeholders across design, construction, operations, and EHS to ensure alignment and timely delivery. -Contribute to the development of proprietary electrical design standards, tools, and workflows.

What You Bring

A leading consultancy is seeking an experienced Electrical Programme Manager to lead the development and delivery of large-scale data centre projects. This Singapore-based role requires a blend of deep technical expertise and programme management skills, overseeing the full project lifecycle from concept design to commissioning. -Experience with BESS integration in mission-critical or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable. -Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. -Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. -Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors and complex, cross-functional programmes. -Strong knowledge of electrical design, power distribution, UPS systems, and commissioning processes. -Experience in developing proprietary standards or working in fast-paced, product-driven environments is a plus. -Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and familiarity with BIM coordination and design review workflows. -Proven experience in programme management of electrical infrastructure projects, preferably in data centre environments.
