Project Analyst

Manage regional sales and operations projects, analyze data, and drive improvements.

Tasks

-Support change management efforts and rollout of new systems, policies, and operational improvements. -Ensure sales and business operations related projects and workflows run smoothly under region office. -Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track deliverables, and manage dependencies and risks. -Work closely with business managers to define scope, objectives, KPIs, and success criteria for each project. -Conduct data analysis and created reports to monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions for the region -Maintain project documentation and contribute to process standardization and knowledge-sharing. -Facilitate timely communication and alignment with all stakeholders, including leadership and cross-functional teams. -Organize and facilitate regular project meetings with clear agendas, outcomes, and action items.

What You Bring

-Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel, dashboards, or data visualization tools -Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines. -Experience working in a matrixed, global, or fast-growth organization. -Proficient in project management tools or systems -Strong understanding of operational workflows, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interface with all levels of the organization. -5+ years of experience in business operations or project management roles. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
