Tasks

-Create renderings and construction documentation. -Participate in exciting and high-profile projects in large metropolitan cities on the East Coast. -Manage junior staff, providing guidance and support. -Engage in emerging markets such as pharmaceuticals, labs/research, and science and technology. -Design in Revit for multi-family and housing projects. -Cultivate a positive and encouraging work environment.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in envelope systems design. -Experience with construction administration, codes, and regulatory processes. -Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred. -Proficiency in architectural material and systems detailing. -Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. -Minimum of 2 years of architectural experience.
