Tasks

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Cost Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Senior Cost Manager will be responsible for overseeing cost management processes, preparing cost estimates and budgets, monitoring project costs, and ensuring projects are delivered within agreed financial parameters. They will liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide accurate financial advice and reports, ensuring projects remain financially viable and efficient.

What You Bring

-Experience in construction or related industries, preferably in sectors such as Data Centers or High-Tech Industrial -Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills -Professional certifications such as RICS or equivalent are highly desirable -Proficiency with cost management software and tools -Knowledge of procurement processes and contract administration -Experience in cost estimation, cost control, and project budgeting -Relevant degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline -Analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and forecasts
