Tasks

-Attend and facilitate on-site health and safety meetings and presentations. -Report accidents and incidents in accordance with legal and company procedures. -Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company standards. -Ensure HSE systems meet the operational needs of the project. -Ensure compliance with Integrated Management Systems (IMS). -Personal Development: Identify your own training needs and communicate them to the Engineering Manager for support and development planning. -Team Development: Provide training and guidance to team members as needed to maintain high performance and compliance. -Provide timely and accurate advice to meet HSE targets and project goals. -Maintain up-to-date COSHH assessments and risk assessments. -Support the Engineering Manager in identifying and fulfilling training needs. -Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations 2015 and company Health & Safety policies. -Quality Assurance: Review and verify paperwork and service standards completed by the team to ensure accuracy and consistency. -Acts as a key liaison between project demands and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) compliance. -Project Supervision: Lead and deliver small-scale projects from planning through execution. -Review and create Risk and Method Statements. -Implement and manage all HSE policies, processes, and systems within the project.
