The Role

Overview

Assist legal team with company secretarial duties, filings and compliance.

Tasks

-Ensuring complete records are received from our newly-acquired businesses and properly recorded on Diligent Entities -Assisting with share transactions, including preparing stock transfer forms and maintaining accurate internal records. -Completing statutory filings with Companies House -Assisting with the organisation of Board Meetings and paperwork relating to the approval of company accounts, dividends and director appointments. -Supporting subsidiary compliance including working with global advisors on the maintenance of statutory registers and corporate filings. -Responding to KYC and tender requests -Dealing with ad hoc queries from group companies -Maintaining statutory books as well as all company records

What You Bring

-CGI part-qualified, law graduate, or equivalent qualification preferred, though candidates with relevant experience or a clear interest in building a company secretarial career are also encouraged to apply -Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook and comfortable learning new systems -Good attention to detail -Experience using Diligent Entities or similar software is desirable but not essential
