Full-time Mechanical Engineering co‑op focusing on HVAC design and energy‑efficient building systems.
-Produce one-line diagrams/schematics, -May assist in the data collection and/or field verification, and -Work in conjunction with designers and engineers to help develop all aspects of a project. -Assist the design team in the process of assembling organized sets of drawings, -Produce detailed layout and equipment details of HVAC systems,
-Ability to work full time throughout the co-op term, -AutoCAD and REVIT experience preferred, -Ability to work both independently and with a team, -Ability to travel locally for job site inspections, field work, etc. -Pursuing a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering, preferably a sophomore (2nd year), or junior (3rd year), -Strong interpersonal and communication skills, -Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel,
-Integrates building science and data-driven analytics to design zero-energy and zero-carbon facilities across varied markets. -Works across education, healthcare, commercial, federal, and local government sectors, often delivering geothermal and renewable energy systems. -Has designed over 130 million sq ft of decarbonized buildings. -Notable for the first WELL Gold certified zero-energy corporate headquarters in the U.S., showcasing its commitment to occupant health and resiliency.
