Tasks

-Coach, mentor, and support Scrum teams to follow Agile values, principles, and practices. -Improve the Agile maturity of the team on a continuous basis. -Communicate risks, status and general updates to stakeholders. -Ensure a safe and trusting environment for the team to raise and resolve issues. -Accountable for all Agile ceremonies of a Scrum team including planning, review, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. -Assists the Product Owner with road mapping, epic creation and decomposition, and sprint planning. -Use Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. -Support the estimation and prioritization of user stories. -Support the Product Owner in cost tracking for scrum projects." -Coordinate with other Agile teams to ensure alignment and management of dependencies including participation in Scrum of Scrums or related ceremonies where applicable. -Lead the capacity planning for each sprint. -Support the resolution of impediments and escalate where required. -Manage one or more Scrum teams across multiple geographies. -Support the identification and implementation of improvement opportunities. -Collect, track, and report Agile metrics on performance and progress.

What You Bring

-Experience using Jira Project management tool. -Excellent communication and presentation skills -Interact effectively with senior leadership -10+ years of IT experience working on Agile teams. -5+ years of experience as an IT Scrum Master within a large global Corporation. -Deep experience with modern software development principles including code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, and cloud services. -Able to coach multiple teams. -1157, or (iv) asylee under 8 U.S.C. -Ability to work on IT projects and work independently to complete required deliverables in a timely manner. This would include all project phases from requirements gathering to post go-live support. -Deep experience working with Agile, including Scrum or Kanban, and how to practice Agile at scale -Expertise with Agile software tools and producing Agile artifacts -This position requires access to export-controlled information. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must be a U.S. person, defined as a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. -Good team player, self-motivated and committed with an ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. -Comfortable working directly with both technical and non-technical audiences -Excellent listening skills with the intention of understanding -MAPICS (Infor XA) ERP experience. -Only candidates currently living within a 50-mile radius of posted geographical areas will be considered for this role . -Experience leading highly complex software/ IT projects, programs, and teams. -Patience and empathy working with mentees and people new to Agile -Good team-oriented interpersonal skills. -Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. This position will often work with other business analysts, project managers and business teams on a regular basis.
