Liaise with clients, design teams, and stakeholders to maintain excellent communication and project transparency.
Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure programme, budget, and quality targets are achieved.
Report regularly to senior management on progress, risks, and financial performance.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required.
Oversee all aspects of project delivery from tender stage through to completion.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, health & safety regulations, and company policies.

Our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple residential construction projects across Galway City and County. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
Strong commercial awareness and contract administration skills.
Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role within residential construction.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.
Full driving licence and flexibility to travel within Galway City & County.
Proven track record of delivering multi-unit residential projects successfully.
