Overview

Calibrate and maintain accuracy of instruments, ensuring compliance and documentation.

Tasks

-Coordinate with internal departments to schedule calibration activities and minimise equipment downtime. -Ensure all calibration work follows company procedures, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. -Maintain calibration tools, reference standards, and the calibration database. -Maintain accurate records of calibration results and certificates. -Perform calibration, testing, and adjustments on instruments and equipment (e.g., pressure gauges, temperature sensors, scales, and electrical meters). -Identify and report equipment that does not meet required tolerances. -Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues related to measurement accuracy. -Support audits and quality assurance initiatives related to calibration.

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of calibration principles and standards. -Knowledge and experience with Maximo. -Time served as Instrumentation or Electrical Instrumentation apprenticeship or a degree in instrumentation or equivalent. -Experience in pharmaceutical cleanrooms or similar environment. -Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. -Ability to work independently and part of a team.
