Tasks

-Develop and execute strategies for business systems planning, operational support, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity aligned with Treaty Oak’s business objectives. -Prepare and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership. -Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT and operations management. -Ensure robust cybersecurity planning and execution, including risk identification and mitigation. -Lead initiatives to improve IT support, asset management, and tiered employee support. -Oversee project management and implementation of business system upgrades and key operational reporting processes. -Manage relationships with third-party IT service providers, MSPs, and technology vendors. -Monitor and report on operational and IT performance metrics, identifying opportunities for process optimization. -Provide leadership and mentorship to direct reports, fostering a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions for core operational and financial systems.

What You Bring

-Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. -Experience with third-party IT support, MSPs, and enterprise software platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Sitetracker). -Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business systems planning. -Strategic thinker with a focus on operational excellence and technology-driven solutions. -Proven track record of managing IT and business operations teams, including project management and systems implementation. -Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. -Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. -8+ years of experience in operations, IT management, or business systems leadership, preferably in the energy sector. -High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
