Tasks

-Collaborate with Project Management and Estimating teams to align field operations with project plans -Support client, inspector, and building official interactions to ensure smooth communication and compliance -Support the supervision of crews and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work -Track project progress, assist with scheduling updates, and communicate field conditions to the project team -Help enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of safety on-site -Assist the Superintendent in coordinating all construction activities on assigned projects -Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and site logistics -Assist with implementing cost-effective strategies and problem-solving field challenges -Monitor daily site operations and maintain project documentation, including logs, reports, and safety records

What You Bring

-Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Construction/Science, or related field (preferred) -Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients -Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and trade practices -Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive, “hands-on” approach to problem solving -Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with construction management software -2+ years of experience in commercial construction field operations (internship or co-op experience considered) -Experience using smartphones and tablets in conjunction with field management software
