-Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes -Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian laws, regulations, and Islamic law (Sharia) -Offer comprehensive legal advice on various corporate matters, including contracts, compliance, and risk management -Represent the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations -Manage external legal counsel when necessary -Provide training and guidance to staff on legal matters and compliance issues -Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and regulations affecting the organization -Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement legal strategies -Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal guidance and support to our organization, ensuring compliance with local and international laws while protecting our interests. Systra is an equal opportunity company; this position is open to all applicants. -Minimum of 14 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in corporate law -Valid license to practice law in Saudi Arabia -Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); Master's degree in Law (LLM) preferred -Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills -Outstanding verbal and written communication skills -Familiarity with international business law and practices -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities -Excellent legal research and writing skills -Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian legal system, regulations, and Islamic law (Sharia) -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills -Proficiency in legal software and databases -Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment -Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
