-Contribute insight and direction to marketing and proposal efforts. -Collaborate regularly with internal teams to better understand and anticipate client needs. -Support strategic planning for client retention and relationship growth. -Build and strengthen relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners. -Engage actively in industry events and professional associations.

What You Bring

Location: Based out of our San Diego (Kearny Mesa) office and willing to travel to all counties listed above as well as occasional evening events. -Natural communicator skilled at listening, connecting, and building rapport. -Ability to represent the firm’s values across diverse markets and disciplines. -Experience in the geotechnical engineering, environmental, construction materials testing, special inspection, or a related field (5-10 years preferred). -Willingness to travel regionally and participate in evening events for deepening client relationships.
