Tasks

-Maintain estimating schedule/calendar including bid due dates -Provide support to estimating staff with bid preparation -Contact and coordinate with engineers, vendors and subcontractors -Request and file documents, data entry and task tracking -Perform a variety of administrative and office support functions to ensure the daily operations of the department runs efficiently. -Maintain and track bid list and bid packets to ensure timely and accurate bid submission

-Ability to work independently and in a team environment. -Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. -Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. -Attention to detail and accuracy. -Proficiency in using spreadsheets, databases, and estimating software. -Excellent communication and organizational skills. -High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Construction Management or similar field preferred. -Proficiency in cost estimation and project budgeting. -Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. -Familiarity with construction industry.
