Tasks

- Driving subcontractor accountability and ensuring work meets plans, specs, and public-works requirements - Managing RFIs, Submittals & Change Orders with an emphasis on quality impacts - Preparing clear reporting & communication, including daily QC notes, test logs, NCRs, and updates - Providing real-time support and solutions to field issues - Enforcing strict QA/QC standards across all phases of construction - Ensuring schedule, safety, and specification compliance through daily field presence - Leading pre-installation meetings, mock-ups, and ongoing quality coordination meetings with subcontractors - Coordinating testing and inspections and tracking all results - Conducting detailed site inspections and maintaining accurate field documentation

What You Bring

- Strong QA/QC and field supervision background - Public Works experience (LACCD, LAUSD, CSUN) is a major plus - Strong public-works project pipeline - Solid communication and technical problem-solving skills Hands-on means you are actively present on the job site: solving problems, verifying work, and leading subcontractors — not an office-only manager. - 6–7+ years General Contractor experience (mandatory) - Leading punch lists, corrective work, and full project close-out - Reliable, detail-driven, and quality-focused - Procore experience 🛠️ Public Works • General Contractor Experience Required ➕ Preferred - Must be able to be on-site daily
