Lead sales strategy and client relationships for commercial real estate in assigned region.

Tasks
-Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve annual sales targets and expand our customer base by implementing a competitive marketing strategy, within the assigned territory and accounts. -Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts. -Define appropriate sales strategies; business development, marketing, technical and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability. -Working with various internal colleagues to select, evaluate, and deliver opportunities for growth. -Attract and mentor team to become high performing contributors. -Relationship management and networking with the city heads and MDs of channel partners like IPC’s/DPC’s. -Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders and maintain long-lasting customer relationships by identifying and solving client issues strategically. -Assist in the Real Estate shortlisting and acquisition for the region.

What You Bring
-Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. -Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions. -Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills -Minimum 10 + years of sales experience, in Commercial Real Estate with a developer/IPC/Real estate Fund -Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services. -Proven ability to position products against competitors. -Excellent verbal and written communications skills -Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
