Tasks

-Represent the organization’s services with professionalism and integrity. -Initiate and cultivate relationships with prospective and existing clients. -Ensure consistent, transparent, and timely communication with all stakeholders. -Lead or support communications that build understanding and support for key initiatives. -Proactively address challenges and coordinate resources to deliver successful outcomes. -Explore partnership opportunities and coordinate internal teams as needed to support client goals. -Participate in networking events, meetings, and presentations to enhance brand visibility. -Identify, assess, and anticipate client needs to develop tailored solutions. -Serve as the client’s advocate and guide throughout all project phases. -Develop strategies to maximize the value and impact of proposed solutions. -Respond promptly to client inquiries, ideas, and challenges. -Measure client satisfaction and leverage insights to improve future processes and relationships.

Client Relationship Management (30%) Strategic Development and Communication (30%) Our client is seeking a Client Executive to serve as a trusted partner and primary liaison throughout the project lifecycle. This individual will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to fully understand client needs, ensure exceptional service delivery, and drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with strategic relationship management skills to deliver measurable value and long-term client satisfaction. -Strong consultative selling and influencing skills. -Proven ability to translate complex information into client-friendly terms. -Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to operate at both strategic and tactical levels. -Experience working with K–12 organizations or public sector programs. -Willingness to travel up to 50% and adapt to flexible schedules. -Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. -Strong business acumen and technical aptitude. -Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. -MBA or equivalent advanced degree. -10+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Project Leadership. -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. -Demonstrated integrity, empathy, and ability to build trust-based relationships.
