As a Reliability Engineering Consultant, you’ll help customers unlock the full value of OnPlan, our SaaS platform for maintenance planning and execution. This hands-on, customer-facing role blends technical expertise, problem-solving, and relationship-building to support retention, adoption, and growth.

  • Lead technical onboarding and implementation
  • Deliver tailored training and enablement resources
  • Manage projects and liaise with technical teams
  • Advocate for customer needs in the product roadmap
  • Provide expert guidance on asset maintenance workflows
  • Build strong, multi-level relationships
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and added value
  • Influence product development through customer feedback
  • Participate in pre-sales activities and demos
  • Advise on best practices and platform usage
  • Ensure smooth integration of the OnPlan platform
  • Support marketing initiatives (case studies, webinars)
  • Monitor customer health and proactively engage

  • Consulting experience
  • On-site experience in asset-intensive industries
  • Experience with CMMS/EAM systems
  • 3+ years in a technical asset management role
