Assist with network infrastructure installation, cabling, equipment setup, and site prep

Tasks

-Follows processes and procedures provided by management or lead engineers. -Work is performed under supervision, but can work independently to complete complex assignments; may provide guidance and direction to junior laborers or technicians. -Updates reports or task logs as directed. -Assists engineers and technicians with the placement of infrastructure components, pre-configuration. -Assists in the installation of ISP/OSP cabling, installation of racks/cabinets, and equipment. -Assists in the movement of equipment, racks, boxes, and pallets. -Tracks task status to provide updates to management or lead engineers. -May assist in test and validation activities as directed. -Performs cable dressing, labeling, and documentation. -Assists in the cleanup and restoration of facilities to pre-install conditions. -Dispose of waste materials. -Performs tasks involving physical labor at the installation site to aid daily operations. -Assists in restoration activities to return the site to its previous condition before project work. -Performs site preparation and implementation activities required to implement the approved ISP/OSP solution.

What You Bring

-LG2 Environmental Solutions (LG2) -proficient with writing reports and updating data in MS Excel and Word -ability to read and understand schematics, blueprints, and AutoCAD drawings, specifically rack elevation drawings and floor plans to install data network equipment, hardware, power supplies, UPS, and wireless access points -Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
