  • Collaborate with Property Managers and Maintenance Teams to ensure apartments are ready for move-in and that the community presents a welcoming environment.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM and leasing records.
  • Support resident retention efforts by promoting positive experiences and assisting with renewal campaigns or resident events.
  • Highlighting community features and effectively communicating value.
  • Managing inquiries, scheduling and leading tours, and closing leases.
  • Support leasing efforts at assigned communities by:
  • Conduct all business in accordance with Newbury Living policies and Fair Housing.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor properties to position each Newbury community effectively.
  • Provide feedback and observations to leadership to support continuous improvement in marketing, operations, and customer service.
  • Drive occupancy and revenue by following up consistently with leads and executing leasing best practices.
