Maintaining accurate CRM and leasing records.
Support resident retention efforts by promoting positive experiences and assisting with renewal campaigns or resident events.
Highlighting community features and effectively communicating value.
Managing inquiries, scheduling and leading tours, and closing leases.
Support leasing efforts at assigned communities by:
Conduct all business in accordance with Newbury Living policies and Fair Housing.
Stay informed on market trends and competitor properties to position each Newbury community effectively.
Provide feedback and observations to leadership to support continuous improvement in marketing, operations, and customer service.
Drive occupancy and revenue by following up consistently with leads and executing leasing best practices.
