Tasks

-Provide timely and accurate reporting -Ensure compliance with safety and housing regulations -Supervise and support office and maintenance staff -Maintain high occupancy rates and low delinquency -Manage budgets and control operating expenses -Oversee daily operations and financial performance of the property

What You Bring

-Minimum 2 years of property management experience in multi-family housing -Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel -Strong leadership and team-building abilities -Experience with Entrata is a plus -Proficient in leasing, marketing strategies, and rent collections -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Knowledge of Section 8 tenancy a plus
