Tasks

As a Quantity Surveyor at you’ll play a key role in managing all aspects of cost control, procurement, and commercial management on a range of projects — from initial feasibility through to completion. You’ll ensure that our developments are delivered on budget, to the highest standards, and in line with our company values. -Prepare tender documents, contracts, and procurement schedules -Provide accurate cost advice and value engineering recommendations -Work collaboratively with project managers, architects, and site teams -Manage project budgets, valuations, and cost forecasting -Oversee variations, payments, and final accounts -Ensure compliance with contractual and company requirements -Assess subcontractor packages and manage tender processes

What You Bring

As our growth continues, we are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic Commercial team — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-led environment and is passionate about delivering excellence across every project. -Proficient in MS Excel and other cost management tools -Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within residential or mixed-use development -Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills -Strong understanding of JCT contracts and cost control procedures -BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification -RICS accreditation or working towards it -Highly organised with a proactive, problem-solving mindset -Experience working for a developer or main contractor
