Tasks
-Design and deliver functional and beautiful spaces within the Critical Facilities Practice Area -Work with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives -Produce accurate technical and contract documentation for construction -Provide project team coordination for finished plans, specifications, and material selections; ensure design intent is incorporated into the construction documentation -Utilize 3D software renderings to communicate design concepts -Participate in construction administration, evaluate bids, conduct site visits, address technical issues, and maintain quality control during construction

What You Bring
-Registered/Licensed Architect (RA) in the U.S., NCARB -Successful completion of project types such as laboratories, data centers, command centers, high-tech‑ factories, and/or federal, state, and local government facility spaces -Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and other 3D modeling software -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture -Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) -6-10+ years of experience within the commercial architecture and design field, with recent focus on project delivery, Data Center experience is a plus -Experience in construction document preparation and field observation is preferred -Knowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques is preferred
