Tasks

In this role, you’ll play a key part in strengthening existing client relationships while identifying and securing new opportunities. You’ll be actively involved in the pre-contract and tendering process, collaborating with teams across the business to deliver outstanding service and drive continued success. -Building and maintaining long-term, trusted relationships with customers -Monitoring and managing customer performance metrics to ensure high standards -Collaborating with teams across the business to deliver a seamless pre- and post-contract experience -Leading face-to-face meetings and representing the business with confidence -Generating new business opportunities and managing customer onboarding
