-Ability to demonstrate leadership skills and effectively work in a collaborative environment -Demonstrates a basic understanding of accounting processes -Ability to resolve matters timely and lead projects to completion with a sense of urgency -Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required -Demonstrates a strong knowledge of the respective engineering discipline with the proven ability to practically apply engineering best practices -Minimum 4 years' discipline specific engineering experience required; previous project or team management experience preferred -Professional Engineer (PE) license required -Experience with project budgeting preferred -Familiar with QA/QC procedures and understands basic business practices and laws related to engineering -Proficiency with MS Office software required -Technically astute and strategic in thinking to manage the activity within the team -Ability to inspire, motivate, build and manage relationships across the company -Advanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) -An articulate and persuasive communicator, both one-on-one and in front of large groups
