The Role
Overview
Support and enhance SuccessFactors HRIS: configuration, testing, data and stakeholder collaboration.

Tasks
-Liaise with key stakeholders to gather information, define processes, and develop communication, change management, and roll-out plans. -Prepare and share configuration documents, meeting notes, and testing plans with stakeholders. -Lead and participate in requirements gathering sessions for HR system needs. -Provide updates and recommendations during team calls and project meetings. -Configure and test various SuccessFactors modules. -Ensure you and your family receive the services needed to support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. -Additional duties may be assigned to address evolving project requirements and ensure continued support for organizational objectives. -Provide support for HRIS platform and overall HR Technology program. -Conduct UAT testing for all implementation and enhancement requests. -Respond to system-related inquiries and troubleshoot configuration issues. -Coordinate movement of configuration changes from QA to PROD, collaborating with IS teams or performing changes independently. -Collaborate on data clean-up and reporting initiatives to support organizational structure and compliance. -Engage and collaborate with business units when new projects or requests arise. -Gather feedback to ensure programs and tools evolve to meet business needs. -Perform advanced research and data analysis, drawing insights and making effective recommendations. -Creatively design and develop content for selected delivery methods.

What You Bring
-1-5 years of technical experience with SAP SuccessFactors. -Experience coordinating projects and gathering business requirements. -In depth configuration experience with at least 2 SuccessFactors modules (RCM, RMK, LMS, EC, ONB, PMGM). -Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with a passion for customer service. -Successfully completed at least 1 full end-to-end module implementation. -Confident presentation and communication abilities. -Highly resilient, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and able to calmly navigate change. -Experience and willingness to work in a large, complex environment with shifting priorities. -Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and storytelling skills; able to manipulate, summarize, and interpret data for non-technical audiences. -Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
