Tasks

-Coordinate work with staff necessary to complete assignments -Review completed project documents for conformity and quality assurance -Perform administrative duties related to managing a project -Assist Project Manager in overseeing scopes, budgets, and schedules for project -Work independently on projects -Assist upper-level management and staff as a technical specialist or advisor -Analyze and interpret data -Assist Project Manager in managing a project -Direct communication with client concerning project -Design or provide review of projects -Prepare proposals to provide professional services -Prepare complete project documents or provide markups for reviewed documents -Design a complete project, system, component, or process, or lead review tasks -Use appropriate discretion to elevate concerns

What You Bring

-Proficient in project budget and schedule tools -Engaged in life-long learning to maintain knowledge of contemporary issues -Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program -Advanced oral and written communication skills -8+ years prior experience needed -Proficient with electronic communications including e-mail and text as well as standard office applications (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite) -Formulate and solve problems -Experience leading project team -Professional Engineer (PE), or equivalent -Proficient with CAD software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, Bentley)
