-Actively pursue leads and manage the sales process from initiation to closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience. -Conduct thorough site evaluations, including surveys and analyses of existing infrastructure, to identify sales opportunities for both total replacements and modernization projects. -Deliver compelling presentations on WeMaintain's value proposition, showcasing our cutting-edge technologies and products. -Forge new business relationships and expand our reach within the vertical transportation sector. -Utilise your technical expertise to analyze building information, create traffic simulations, and present tailored, innovative solutions to clients.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of elevators, escalators, or a related technical service industry will be preferred. -Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English. -Proven sales experience, ideally within the elevator/escalator industry or related sectors in the building industry. -A proactive, customer-oriented approach, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
