  • Attend group meetings and study conference calls as needed.
  • Communicate with sites, sponsors, and CROs regarding study specifics and image issues.
  • Respond to data queries as appropriate.
  • Perform a variety of independent duties involved in the collection, documentation, and compilation of clinical research images and data under the direction of the Project Manager.
  • Prepare materials for and perform data QC Review, including reconciliation and reconciliation verification.
  • Provide coverage for assigned studies when PM is out of the office or unavailable, which may include time-sensitive activities such as patient screening eligibilities and sponsor requests.
  • Track, confirm, and document receipt of all images and functional test materials received.
  • Assign reader grading tasks, file study documents, distribute site initiation forms, track certification of site technicians, and track submission of images and functional tests for grading.
  • Manage certification reader assignments and assist with all other reader assignments as needed.
  • Help train new team members.
  • Assist all staff members as necessary to meet the needs of various studies.
  • Perform data entry, source document verification, filing, and other clerical duties as requested.
  • Assist with study startup and site certification activities.

  • 2+ years of experience with administrative support.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), good judgment, flexibility, adaptability, ability to learn new programs, organization, and ability to work under tight deadlines are required.
  • Capability to assist with quality control activities such as reconciliation and reconciliation verification.
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments, be flexible when work assignments change, and enjoy and effectively multitask is required.
  • Experience in data entry and source document verification.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • 1+ years’ experience within clinical research is highly preferred, but not required.
