Overview

Design, improve, maintain, and support ERP systems (Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint).

Tasks

-Provide support for system issues, liaising with Deltek Support, third party consultants and internal IT teams as needed. -Support configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements and upgrades. -Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and user guides for Vision and Vantagepoint users. -Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint modules (e.g., Projects, Billing, CRM). -Analyze current workflows and recommend improvements aligned with system capabilities. -Assist with data mapping, reconciliation, and integration efforts between Vision/Vantagepoint and other systems and platforms.

What You Bring

-Hands-on experience with Deltek Vision and/or Vantagepoint. -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Computer Science, or related field. -Proficiency in tools such as Excel and SQL. -Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal). -Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and IT teams. -Experience with system testing and process improvement initiatives.
