The Role

Tasks

Reporting to the Regional Learning & Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and delivering a wide range of training programmes to frontline teams, including Welcome Days, Placemakers workshops, job-specific skills training, and specialist programmes such as PureSpace (PSO). You’ll also support learning administration, ensure compliance reporting, and act as the first point of contact for the Learning Management System (MyLearning). -Develop and maintain training matrices to track team development -Deliver and facilitate a variety of in-person and digital training programmes -Support with the analysis of training effectiveness and engagement outcomes -Promote the value of learning and development across the business -Manage training schedules, attendance, and data records to ensure statutory and contractual compliance -Champion PureSpace (PSO) training to drive quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction -Provide first-line support for the MyLearning platform and help manage user accounts
