Tasks

-Process and track invoices related to recruitment and hiring operations. -Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition. -Provide daily operational assistance - stepping in wherever needed to support the team’s success -Ensure challenging interview scheduling demands are met by working closely with recruiting team members and hiring managers throughout the organization -Engage with candidates throughout their interview process, providing real-time support and ensuring a seamless experience. -Maintain essential materials needed to support Talent Acquisition activities. -Handle travel arrangements for onsite interviews and candidate visits, proactively managing and adjusting plans as needed. -Enhance operational effectiveness by analyzing current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to drive quality results -Utilize software tools to coordinate interview logistics, manage interviewer capacity, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders. -Oversee the distribution of scheduling responsibilities among team members - ensuring workload balance and seamless coordination to meet goals

What You Bring

-Associates degree or Bachelors degree preferred; High School Diploma required -Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with a variety of software-based systems such as applicant tracking systems -Experience coordinating calendars, travel logistics, meetings required -Must be located within commutable distance of Coopersburg, PA to accommodate in-office schedule -Previous experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR support, or administrative roles is preferred
